Delete your account

How to ask

1. Sign in — you don't need the app installed; a browser is enough.
2. Open More → My account & privacy.
3. Confirm it's you, read what is kept, and send the deletion request.

Nothing is removed when you send the request. A person reviews each request before anything happens, and you can cancel it from the same page while it is waiting for review. There is no fixed turnaround promise; if anything needs your input we use the contact already on your account.

What is removed and what is kept

• Removed: your sign-in, your membership of each company team, and your alert devices and text consents.
• Kept: business records you took part in — loads, hours, quotes, dispatch history — because they are the company's records. Your name on shared screens is replaced with "Former team member".
• Replacing your name does not make old records anonymous: details you entered or captured earlier (for example places, photos or note text) can remain inside those kept company records.

Can't sign in?

Email Brandon@badiolaconstruction.com from the address you used for the account and say you want your account deleted. To protect your account, we never confirm whether a particular address has an account, and deletion is only carried out after we can confirm the request really came from you.
